When we asked you to ID the easiest-on-the-eyes chefs in San Francisco, Richie Nakano's name kept surfacing, like eggs in a poaching pot. Nakano ditched the restaurant track earlier this year to strike out on his own (he'd been sous at Nopa). Now, Nakano's Hapa Ramen sets up Tuesdays and Thursdays at Ferry Plaza, and regularly pops up elsewhere ― check Hapa's Twitter page to figure out where to spot Nakano. Which, as SFoodie readers well know, is sort of id-stoking in a way that has little to do with soup.
