One of San Francisco's genuinely nice-guy chefs suffered a heart attack yesterday. SFist's Brock Keeling reports that chef/owner Hoss Zaré of Zaré at Fly Trap was struck with Keeling suggests was a mild attack (though on his Facebook page last night, Zaré described it as "massive"). In any event, a restaurant worker told Keeling today that the chef was talking and "doing fine." SFoodie wishes Zaré a speedy recovery.
