Flex Your Meat Knowledge at 18 Reasons' Pub Trivia
18 Reasons is hosting its version of a pub trivia night Thursday. But rather than stale peanuts and beer, there will be a chicken butchery demo, with the dissected bird going to the winner of the game. The actual questions have been designed to flex carnivorous mind muscles, so come armed with knowledge about meat rather than baseball, because your Giants factoids probably won't help you here. The party doubles as a celebration and signing of Prime Cuts by Meatpaper's Marissa Guggiana.
