Grub Street's Jay B. discovers that a man named Mark Aloiau is opening Mark's Bar in Lush Lounge's old space (1092 Post, at Polk). He Googlestalks the guy and doesn't find much. Who is this mystery bar owner? Being a slow gossip day, now SFoodie is curious, too. What we do know is that Aloiau is a fan of Ryan Seacrest.
Grub Street also reveals that Prospect is launching brunch service on Oct. 3. Eggs are anticipated to make an appearance.
