Is it a Radio Flyer?

​Have you seen the mysterious Water Wagon? SFoodie picked up a hand-drawn flyer at last weekend's Zine Fest announcing the Water Wagon's appearance most Mondays at 1 p.m. in Dolores Park with "free water and fancy glasses" (we're assuming you need to give back the latter, though). There's also an offer of free rides, but we have no idea if the wagon is Radio Flyer-size or something more suitable for grownups. If there's a Nancy Drew or some Hardy Boys out there who can shed some light on this riddle, please share in the comments below.
