It's getting as predictable as garbage pickup ― the Wednesday guest-chef sandwich at Pal's. Tomorrow's creator: Anthony Myint of Commonwealth and Mission Chinese Food. Myint is masterminding something he calls the "I-Thai-lian meatball": Thai-style meatballs with something Pal's owner Jeff Mason calls a "mozzarella emulsion," (we had to ask him to repeat it) on squares of Acme green-onion focaccia. We think we need to experience it. At least once.
