Floravita, an Elderberry Refresher from Santa Rosa

​Santa Rosa's Floravita 2000 makes a beverage with extracts from the black elder tree (specifically elderflower and elderberry), unspecified fruit juices (only 18 percent), and spring water. While we can't attest to the manufacturer's claims of the flu-fighting efficacy of the abundance of anthocyanins and bioflavinoids from the elderflower and elderberry extracts, we can recommend the drink's light floral sweetness as a refresher.
