Show Dogs Hosts Beer and Bites for Bikes
Show Dogs has been a force to make Mid-Market more appealing. The sausage spot regularly hosts fundraisers, even managing to rope Mayor Newsom into the space. This Thursday, Show Dogs is teaming up with the San Francisco Bicycle Coalition to showcase the group's efforts at improving Market via the Great Streets Project. Yes, there will be hot dogs and beer, and you can valet park your fixie, in keeping with the theme. A $20 door ticket yields bar bites ranging from house-made lamb merguez sausages, to corn dogs, onion rings, and barbecue fries. Beers on tap include Speakeasy Prohibition Ale, Black Butte Porter, Scrimshaw Pilsner, and 21st Amendment's Hell or High Watermelon Wheat. All proceeds go to the San Francisco Bicycle Coalition. ![]()
