Kitchen Nightmares Now Accepting Nominations for Failing S.F. Restaurants

​SFoodie just received a note from the producers of Kitchen Nightmares, Gordon Ramsay's latest tough-love show. They're filming the next screamfest in Los Angeles, but if they can find a good makeover victim candidate up north, they'll send a crew.

The casting-call pitch to restaurateurs: "Are you trying to make some green, but still running in the red? Is your food not the best it should be? Or maybe you have a great location, but it doesn't seem to bring in many customers?"

As you can imagine, the pitch to customers is slightly more frank: "If you know of a restaurant that desperately needs expert guidance, we want to know about it! Send us the restaurant's name, location, and a brief description why you think Gordon Ramsay should take over."

Call us parochial, but SFoodie thinks that L.A. is far more likely to tolerate awful restaurants than S.F. However, we're happy to pass the casting call on.
