Secrets of Chabaa's Thai Menu Revealed

​This week, I reviewed Chabaa Thai Cuisine ― and more specifically, its Thai-language menu (only available at Chabaa's Outer Sunset location, and not Union Square one). As promised, here is a PDF of the Thai menu with English translations.

I couldn't have embarked on this review without the help of George Pensathapon, who sat with me in the restaurant and painstaking read through the menu, translating dishes as I typed them into my phone. And a huge thanks to Pim Techamuanvivit, of Chez Pim and The Foodie Handbook, who took the time to look over my working translation and make essential corrections. Chabaa's Pawaree Sriprasom is working on her own translation of the Thai menu, but until it's ready, feel free to print this out and take it with you to the restaurant.
