The mobile confectioner flirts with more than 11,000 followers on Twitter, even managing to entice people from faraway lands with the thrill of the remote chase. For many months, we've noticed a fairly steady stream of tweeted pleas along the lines of, "Why don't you come to [my town]?" For them, the promise of vicarious brûlée seems to be enough for now.
