Chris Cosentino Makes a Mess Piggy

​Our own local celebrity chef/Food Network star Chris Cosentino has made up Mess Piggy while competing against colleagues such as Michael Symon and Jamie Oliver. Nope, that's not a typo: Mess Piggy is Cosentino's entry in Mezzetta's Make That Sandwich Celebrity Chef Sandwich Charity Challenge. Currently in third place, Cosentino hopes to win $25,000 for the San Francisco Conservation Corps, and he needs your vote. His crockpot-braised pork shoulder sandwich is served with a "schmutz" of Mezzetta capers, olive oil, and sweet and hot cherry peppers and looks pretty mouthwatering.
