AT&T Named Second-Best Vegetarian-Friendly Ballpark in the Majors

People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals released its ranking of top-10 veggie-friendly Major League ballparks yesterday. San Francisco's AT&T Park came in second, after the Phillies' Citizens Bank Park in Philly, home of the cheesesteak. PETA cited AT&T's "new mixed-vegetable sandwich ― a veritable meal on a bun." Nods also went to veggie sushi rolls, burritos, burgers, and dogs, as well as to meatless tamales and edamame.

Way to go, AT&T. Now if only you could do something about all that animal-hide in the mitts and baseballs....
