Will it taste like rainbows?
Equality California is gearing up to host the local festivities for Saturday's first State-recognized Harvey Milk Day, and has asked ice cream kingpins Humphry Slocombe to create a special flavor to honor the late Supervisor and activist. The result, Harvey Milk & Honey Graham Cracker, blends local, raw, and organic blackberry honey with house-made graham crackers in ice cream made with organic Straus dairy.

Humphry's Sean Vahey tells us that the flavor will only be available while supplies last on Saturday, at the LGBT Center (free) and at the store on Harrison and 24th Street (regular price), but they'll consider bringing it back if there is extraordinary demand. Details after the jump.
