As usual, New York swept most of the awards ― best chef, best restaurant, best new restaurant. Multiple nominee David Kinch, of Manresa, finally took home Best Chef: Pacific, which means Quince's Michael Tusk is now officially the JBFA Susan Lucci. Bay Area award winners after the jump:
