We're over the Beer Week hump ― time to let the real gluttony begin. Homebrew Chef Sean Z. Paxton is pairing exquisite beers with dishes that embrace food-science engineering. His eight-course feast features halibut ceviche cured with citrus juice and Firestone Walker's award-winning Union Jack IPA, then topped with IPA foam. House-made pork sausage is injected with Belgian-style Saucerful of Secrets (Paxton's creation) and served with chorizo and Amarillo hop-infused oil, to say nothing of chocolate-covered caramels made with De Proef Belgian ales.
Full deets on beer-dinner deliciousness after the jump.
