Marlowe Opens Tomorrow, Softly

​Following a friends-and-family service tonight, Marlowe is planning a quiet, walk-ins only opening at dinner tomorrow, with a rezzie-taking formal opening Wednesday (lunch kicks off a week from today). Check out our early peek at Jennifer Puccio's opening menu for the SOMA restaurant (330 Townsend at Fourth St.). Meanwhile, Marlowe's Window Quote Vote stunt, in which the public submitted its favorite food-related quotes, ended Friday ― owner Anna Weinberg plans to get the winners posted in the restaurant's front windows tomorrow. It may be an indication of the quality of the submissions, but only three quotes ― rather than five, as originally reported ― will make it up.
