So maybe the chef job listings restaurant news über-site Eater.com started posting last year haven't been all that compelling, but this morning's enormous help wanted sign for a San Francisco-based editor certainly had plenty of sparkle. Turns out Paolo Lucchesi, the founding Eater SF editor who currently oversees Eater National, is leaving at the end of the month. No word on what new gig Lucchesi might be taking up (we could speculate, but we won't). In its statement, Eater management said it was "taking a moment to wipe away our tears and congratulate him on his move."
