Setting 'em up at Rickhouse.
Three drinking establishments are sponsoring a progressive bar crawl tomorrow night to beneift Haiti's earthquake victims. Rickhouse (246 Kearney at Bush), Cantina (580 Sutter at Mason) and Rye (688 Geary at Leavenworth), are each mixing up a special tipple whose proceeds will go directly to the Red Cross. Credit bartenders Jen Ackrill and Doug Williams (Rye) and Eric Castro (Rickhouse) for coming up with the idea. Scheduled crawl stops are 5-7 p.m. at Rickhouse, 7-9 p.m. at Cantina, and 9 p.m. till closing at Rye. Check out Tamara Palmer's Friday link to Eater's list of food- and drink-related relief benefits here; we'll keep you updated today as more events are announced.
