It's all about planning: scanning Twitter to make sure no flat tire or catastrophic lack of tortillas will keep the Kung Fu Tacos truck from rolling out today. And then making up an excuse to cut your weekly status meeting short so you'll be able to take your place in line before the duck runs out. But get it right, and you'll end up with a floppy, foil-covered paper plate with an Asian asada taco and that hard-won duck, all mixed up with chunky mango salsa.
