Implement your New Year's resolutions and it means today's lunch should resemble something like poached chicken breast with a side of self-denial. Feh. Resolve instead to hit up The Sentinel for its corned beef and cabbage sandwich with Swiss and Russian dressing. The serenity that comes from sandwich satisfaction should take care of that other resolution -- the one where you promised to be happier.
