The word: Poha, or flattened rice snacks, form the basis of Fiji's answer to Chex Mix. 
Tasting notes: Spicy and addictive, with a harder-than-expected crunch. The ingredients list mysterious "nuts," and other than peanuts, we can't tell what those might be.
