Sick of Ice Cream? Try Boccalone's Mixed Salumi Cone

Who needs ice cream when you can get a meat cone?
Nduja, the heavenly spicy soft salami by Boccalone (One Ferry Plaza at Embarcadero), was recently and cleverly dubbed the "Lady Gaga of pork products" by the New York Times, but out-of-towners don't get to experience in-store specials such as the mixed salumi cone. You can create your own Neopolitan take on meat, with, say, mortadella, prosciutto cotto, and ciccioli instead of vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry.

Now, if Boccalone only offered a waffle cone option . . .
