More Haiti Relief Benefits from Bay Area Food Businesses
Tomorrow night's cocktail crawl isn't the only Haiti benefit brewing:![]()
Mina T./Yelp Sprinkles is donating proceeds from its red velvet cupcakes.
- Tonight at Jardinière (300 Grove at Franklin): The regular Monday night prix fixe is dedicated to Haiti, with all proceeds (estimated to be around $10,000) to benefit Doctors Without Borders, and Haiti relief projects earmarked by Devil's Gulch Ranch, the West Marin meat producer featured in tonight's $45 three-courser. (Mark Pasternak of Devil's Gulch happened to be in Haiti at the time of the quake, teaching farming.) On the menu? Pied de cochon, choucroute garni, and tarte tatin. Call 861-5555.
- Through Saturday, Jan. 23, Chez Papa Resto (4 Mint Plaza at Fifth St.) will donate all proceeds from a la carte desserts sold at lunch and dinner to Doctors Without Borders.
- And Sprinkles, the Kara's contender in Palo Alto at 393 Stanford Shopping Center (at Plum Lane), is donating all proceeds from its red velvet cupcakes to the Red Cross for Haiti Relief.
