You've probably only seen Yuet Lee's bilious green interior at 1:30 a.m., when the effects of multiple vodkatonics made you only semi-sure about where you were, under fluorescents powerful enough you swore you felt your eyeballs cracking.

Well, guess what: The food stands up to scrutiny at noon, when natural lighting makes the green paint only slightly less nauseating. Order up a platter of clams in black bean sauce and rice, and actually taste it, sucking the cornstarch-viscous, briny goodness straight from the shells.
