Smoking Bishop is a drink, blogs Denise Santoro Lincoln at Bay Area Bites. A drink that, in the Dickens novelette A Christmas Carol -- and in one of the film versions -- the crusty old tightass Scrooge drinks, post-redemption, with Bob Cratchit.
