Next Week: Crushpad Holiday Showcase to Feature 20 Boutique Wineries

​Crushpad (2573 Third St. at 22nd Street) is opening its doors next Thursday for its second annual San Francisco Wine Association Holiday Showcase. You'll be able to explore the wines of 20 boutique makers, and -- if you've never been -- see for yourself Crushpad's facilities, the city's locus of DIY winemaking. Premium tasting and succulent morsels are promised for the $25 ticket, plus the opportunity to buy wine goodies for those on your gifting list (or for yourself). Local vintners will be on hand, with pours from Bartz-Allen, Guy Riedel, PerryMoore, Think Tank, and more. It all goes down Dec. 10, from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Tickets here.
