We seriously heart MFC's vegan Shepherd-Less Pie, made with sustainable and locally sourced potatoes, azuki beans, carrots, and peppers. The fluffy potatoes are served as a rectangle on the side so they don't get soggy or soak up all the juice; the combination makes for a closer mimic of the traditional UK recipe.
