​The Castro's seen its share of beer bashes, but today's PBR giveaway at Kasa (4001 18th St. at Noe) comes with more than a cab ride home you can't remember and the day-after taste of regret. Mention you're a Kasa Facebook fan (just so you're not totally lying, go here first), and you'll score a free Pabst till they run out. The upside? While you're there, you can order one of the sharply vivid Indian thalis (our picks: karahi paneer and chicken tikka). The downside?
