, "The State of Pastry in SF" will bring together maverick sweet chefs Luis Villavelazquez (Absinthe
), Elizabeth Falkner (Citizen Cake
), William Werner (Quince
), and Bill Corbett (Michael Mina
) to survey their different directions in dessert as well as discuss the current cravings of the city.
"The State of Pastry in SF" begins with the panel discussion at 6:30 p.m. and will be followed by the all-important tasting and networking reception at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 1. Admission is $20 ($12 Commonwealth Club members).
