We're not saying the greatest virtue of this place is its location in a food wasteland, but we can confidently say it's the finest Chinese restaurant on its block. SF Weekly critic Meredith Brody suggests the hot smoked ham with string beans and spicy garlic chicken at Henry's Hunan, 924 Sansome (at Vallejo), 956-7727.
