It's shaping as one of the most breathlessly awaited vendor debuts of the summer. Today at 5 (if you can believe the Twitter machine), banh mi hawker Schlomo will turn over the motor in his three-wheel meter-maid Cushman and sell the crispy-licious sandwiches at as yet undisclosed locations in the Mission (but not, alas, at the private street-food party at Fabric 8 -- would it violate some outlaw vendor code to crash it?).
