Not Just for the Streets, Pavement Cuisine That Comes to You

| Gobbles at your doorstep. |
Embarrassed to try and stalk Bill, the bacon potato chip guy of Who's Your Daddy? in the park? You can indulge in the dangerously meaty delights in the privacy of your cubicle. Curtis of Creme Brulee Cart fame has been firing up private staff parties at the likes of Chronicle Books and Wired, and is ready to pour some sugar on your office. Gobba Gobba Hey makes office runs, and even held a photo contest on his Twitter page to gob the winner's office for free. (Apparently, gob is now officially a verb.) CookieWagSF will bring you some freshly baked goodies, and has also been contemplating selling frozen dough, too. So you can go overboard trying different flavors, but not all at once.
Often, these folks will periodically publish their email addresses on Twitter to announce that they do these sorts of deliveries and special events. If you find a vendor you like and follow them on Twitter and they don't mention that they do private orders, chances are it wouldn't hurt to ask them directly (through Twitter). Some may not have even realized the demand for it yet.
