As with last month's gathering, the organizers are welcoming all food carts to come sell their wares. Expect to see fresh vendors like the days-old Adobo Hobo and the even newer Gumbo Man, who completed his maiden voyage this past weekend, along with "veteran" (i.e., weeks- or months-old) favorites.
