Jardiniere Going All Argentinian Beefy for Monday's Three-Course Dinner
Mmmm, beefalicious! This Monday, July 27, at 6 p.m., chef-huntress Traci Des Jardins (just back from her trip to Outer Mongolia -- we're not kidding) will make an in-house appearance for a bovine-centric dinner at Jardiniere (300 Grove at Franklin) to highlight San Francisco-based Estancia, which raises grass-fed beef in Uruguay. Estancia CEO Bill Reed will also appear. The three-course dinner is $45 including wine pairings, part of Jardiniere's recurring Monday night prix-fixe dinner series. Reservations can be made online or by calling the restaurant at 861-5555. Beef-eaters, should you need more tempting, here's a peek at le menu: ![]()
