Buzz Machine: Dynamo Donuts - Now With More Room

SFoodie has scouted out the perfect meeting or resting point for this weekend's Sunday (open) Streets in the Mission: Dynamo Donuts (2760 24th St. at York). The doughnut mecca now has more space for rabid fans of its coconut, spicy chocolate, and maple doughnut with real bacon bits ($3). Having a cuppa and sampling your way through bites of gourmet doughnuts just got a little more chill. Eating options used to mean standing around outside on the sidewalk, waiting for people to leave the one lone bench, or simply taking the sweet goodness to go. There are enough seats in the newly remodeled indoor space for "20 or 30 people." Plans for a backdoor garden and bike space "haven't really happened yet," according to Scott Fetzer, who talked to SFoodie via phone.
