Saturday at noon, Macy's Union Square will be dishing out a special LGBT cooking demo featuring Jennifer Biesty and Tim Nugent of Scala's Bistro (432 Powell at Sutter), Janine Falvo of Carneros Bistro and Wine Bar (1325 Broadway at Leveroni, Sonoma), Adam Jones of Market Street Grill (1231 Market at Eighth St.), and Yigit Pura of the chi-chi society Taste Catering (full disclosure: this blogger was once on the payroll).
