Creme Brulée Man in Action!

Last Wednesday, we told you about the Creme Man and his roving Creme Brulée Cart, and after learning via his Twitter account that he'd be rolling through Dolores Park on this glorious Sunday, I caught up with him to ask a few questions.

After talking with Creme Man, we learned that he is inspired by his brother Magic Curry Man, who similarly operates a Magic Curry Kart and whips up tofu and chicken curries. He also says that he's open to suggestions of where to roam.

In the interest of fair and balanced reporting, we tried all three flavors, which he's currently selling for $3 a pop: Vanilla bean, chocolate and Grand Marnier with orange zest, and Bailey's Irish Cream. The latter two had good restraint with the alcohol, allowing a nice balance to come through, and all three had properly bruléed crackly sugar tops and super tasty middles.
