 SubCulture Dining by the Dissident Chef presents Bloody Valentines, holiday dinners taking place on Saturday and Sunday (February 14-15) in an undisclosed San Francisco location. While the specific menu is under wraps, the Dissident Chef (a 25-plus year culinary vet) always prepares a selection of the uncommon and creative (we've even previously written about the porn-like quality of these menus). The dinner costs $175 (plus $4.38 processing fee) per person; secure reservations online.
