Belmont's Golden Star Tea Company brews and mildly ferments its organic White Jasmine Sparkling Tea for a nonalcoholic beverage that tastes like a well-dressed cousin of Champagne that had us returning for multiple samples. Look for it at San Francisco Whole Foods locations.
