Sub Culture Dining by the Dissident Chef is an invite-only underground supper club in San Francisco that you likely have no chance of ever trying. (Don't worry, the same is true for yours truly, too.) However, SCD has been kind enough to share certain recipes on its site as well as a selection of its menus, and it is some of the finest menu porn to come out of this area.
