The newest flavor courtesy of Healdsburg's Sonoma Sparkler is this gorgeous sparkling blood orange juice. The bubbles are restrained but still manage to elevate the seriousness of the blood orange. It tastes especially luxurious when sipping out of a long-stemmed wine glass. I may have to get some more for NYE. -- Tamara Palmer
