Tonight: From Farm to Feast

A continuation of this month's Eat Local SF festivities, tonight's "From Farm to Feast" seminar hosted by the Commonwealth Club highlights the vital roles of artisan foodmakers, chefs and farmers in crafting great local food. Moderator Joan Simon of Full Plate Restaurant Consulting will lead a panel discussion with Pie Ranch's Jered Lawson, Ari Derfel of Back to Earth Catering, CUESA's Dave Stockdale and Cowgirl Creamery's Sue Conley. Check-in for the event starts at 5:45 at the Ferry Building's Port Commission Room (2nd Floor), with a local food and wine reception beginning at 6.
