Drink of the Week: Sierra Zimei's Boo-Tini

Thank you to Sierra Zimei from the Four Seasons for creating a special Halloween tipple for us this week. Her Boo-Tini is revealed below, and comes complete with scary eyeballs! —Tamara Palmer

Boo-Tini
By Sierra Zimei, Cocktail Director of Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco

2 oz. Lychee/Pineapple/Vanilla Bean infused vodka
1/2 oz Lychee Juice
1/2 oz White Cranberry Juice

Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass rimmed with red sugar. This sugar will slowly bleed into the drink, giving it a chilly, scary effect! Garnish the cocktail with two lychees on a skewer with either raspberries or blueberries in the middle of the lychees. These will look like spooky eyeballs.
