Commonwealth Club Talks Heirlooms

Heirloom tomato season may be waning in a year that's been a bit bad to the fruit. But there's room for at least one last big hurrah as Amy Goldman, author of the new art/recipes book The Heirloom Tomato: From Garden to Table (and someone who has personally grown more than 200 varieties), gives her tips for cultivating and serving those delicious oddities.
