Sierra Zimei, cocktailian of the Seasons Bar and Lounge at the Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco, has a competitive pedigree, voted "Best Mixologist" by San Francisco Magazine and placing third in last year's Travel + Leisure Beverage Arts Challenge. Now, she's sharing the recipe for one of her latest unusual concoctions, the Trust Fund. -- Tamara Palmer

The Trust Fund
By Sierra Zimel, Seasons Bar and Lounge at Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco

1.5 oz Plymouth Gin

.5 oz St. Germain

1 teaspoon orange marmalade

3 mint leaves

*Shake and pour over ice, then top with Champagne.

The Trust Fund is served with a spoonful of cantaloupe "caviar" made in-house by Seasons Pastry Chef Audrey Yee.
