Bob's Pickle Pops: Made From Freshly Squeezed Pickles

Billed as a "healthy alternative to sugary frozen pops," the Pickle Sickle has been approved by the USDA for school districts across the country. Made from "freshly squeezed pickles" whatever that means, they are popsicles made out of pickle juice, rather than just a frozen pickle, as you might expect. I guess only time will tell if kids are willing to drop the Otter Pop in favor of the Pickle Pop. But like the Kool-Aid marinated pickle, it's a strange idea that just might taste better than it sounds. There's only one way to find out. (via Serious Eats)
