From the human finger in the bowl of Wendy's Chili in 2005 -- which turned out to be a hoax -- to the deep fried mouse hidden among a three-piece combo meal at Popeye's Fried Chicken -- which turned out to be real, Hoaxipedia has a stomach-turning roundup of all the grossest items found in food in recent memory, both real and fake. My personal favorite is the tale of the "Chicken McNoggin," in which a Virginia woman found a breaded, fried chicken head in her order of McDonalds wings in 2000.
