Sometimes it's just too fucking easy. I'm not even going to try sarcasm here:

"American researchers have found evidence to support the notion that fast food restaurants could be a contributing factor to the rising levels of obesity in the United States."

Ahem. This study, out of the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, culled data from over 700,000 respondents. Next thing you know they'll prove that chocolate tastes good. (via Serious Eats)
