We shall miss ye

Okay, it's on, with the final three decided: Elena Slivnak, Korto Momolu, and Seth Aaron Henderson. Bye-bye Christopher Palu, who I'm sure was most people's favorite dude -- not necessarily for his designs, but for his personality.

But let's get down to brass tacks: Alyssa's outfits are again completely fucked up, as usual -- not that it's a good time to be pointing such things out. In a "scandal" that Us Weekly dubbed "Who's the boss now?", comedian and actor Jay Mohr (star of the CBS sitcom Gary Unmarried -- that no one has ever heard of -- and Jerry McGuire) basically called her a fat cow when the two of them appeared at a NASCAR event. "She's very tiny, in height... It seemed like she had a baby and said, 'I don't really give a shit,'" he told an interviewer. "I read it in her gut."

It's entirely fair to point out that he himself looks like a bloated, disheveled version of the man he once was. At any rate, Milano can take care of herself, tweeting back, "@jaymohr37 So sorry you felt the need to publicly fat-shame me. Be well and God Bless. Please send my love to your beautiful wife." He's being such a wanker that I now feel bad about pointing out how stupid she has been looking each week. Sort of.

This week she came out in some strange white shirtdress and un-tied bowtie thingie, with banana-yellow shoes. At judging she was wearing an ugly tribal print cocktail dress that cut her off in the middle and, well, let all of us "read her gut." I can't be so hard on Milano and not give Georgina Chapman a pass; she's always introduced as "The beautiful..." and she is, but she was dressed like Titania, queen of the faeries, this week in a wispy, overly dressy number. I also always picture her with her sweaty husband, Miramax's Harvey Weinstein, who looks like a Sopranos extra.

But back to the actual contestants: Go Elena! In my own private fashion world, that pale pale yellow she choose and paired with white is far more exciting than "radiant orchid."

Korto did not deserve to beat out Christopher, but as Mizrahi said, "I would rather see Korto's collection." Seth Aaron is hard not to like, but its also hard to imagine someone actually grabbing his dress from the rack in a Ready to Wear format. I'm plugging for Korto or Elena, if only for the fact that I want a woman to win for once.
